Hello, NEWS AND UPDATES FOR THIS COMING MONTHS FOR ONLINE CLASSES! As we enter the second half of this very strange and special year, I wanted to re-connect again with all of you hoping that everybody is healthy and happy. It's been great to teach Gyrokinesis® classes weekly and seeing the progress of everyone in the class. As we are very limited still, from traveling, I will be here in the jungle , so I will keep teaching online. I feel very grateful to be able to practice, teach and share this work that can helps us ground, connect and be in our bodies as well as support our nervous and immune systems in these challenging times. I have some new packages, so you can get the most of the combination of these amazing systems.
