The VAYU pre-training course will be an intensive, with the purpose of giving you  a kinesthetic experience as well as familiarizing yourself with the method.

VAYU Aerial Yoga helps people connect inward on a deeper level, in a fluid and organic way. We start with the pelvis, the center, and create space by shedding the layers of tension in order to become aware of the sensations in our body, feeding our central nervous system.

Using breath and the support of the fabric as a tool, we get to the connective tissue allowing it to free from the fascia and let go of adhesions, so when we start working more muscularly the body will be open structurally and energetically.

*Pre-Training is a requirement to do the Teacher Training.
